They can afford to claim so because the Opera Mini team has worked on making the software tailor-made for the Ocean. Helios Guys like to call this feature” Optimized for Ocean”. Other than that, it runs on a nationwife 3G Network and Opera Mini users on Ocean, enjoy an Opera link which lets them synchronize their bookmarks, Speed Dial and personal bar between all their Web browsers.
